As part of the project ''Introducing anticorruption measures at universities in BiH'' which is being implemented by Vesta Association in partnership with OKC from Banja Luka, a research on the forms of corruption in higher education started in Tuzla. The research is being implemented by the Kronauer Consulting agency from Sarajevo.

Vesta Association is implementing the project Monitoring of local services

Vesta Association from Tuzla is implementing the project “Monitoring of local services: civil society organisations (CSO), citizens and local authorities acting together to achieve better services”. Implementers of the project are Civil Society Promotion Centre from Sarajevo and the EDA Development Agency Banja Luka, funded by the Open Society Fund in BiH.

The BiH Council of Minister's Directorate for European Integrations and the Slovak company EUROFORMES awarded certificates on 7. December 2011. in Slovakia, to attendees of the training of trainers in the field of Professional assistance, development and management of EU funded projects. Fifteen attendees took part in the intensive training course in the period September –December 2011, to become trainers in the field of development and management of EU funded projects.

Supported by the Canadian organisation WACC (The World Association for Christian Communication)

With the support of the Canadian organisation WACC, Vesta Association will implement the project „Our radio-our voice – women in BiH taking part in the decision making processes“. This project's objective is to support marginalised groups of women in Tuzla Municipality. The project foresees that, following a custom-made training, and with the use of media space at Vesta Radio, representatives of marginalised women will raise their most pressing issue, , raise their voices, and that their priorities and needs become recognised by the local decision makers.

With a view to contribute to the improvement of the position of women, through exercising of human rights by newly delivered mothers in BiH, in the period November 2011-April 2012 Vesta Association will implement the project „Initiative for harmonising of maternity benefits in BiH“, funded by the UN Agency for Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women.

As part of the project „Introducing anticorruption measures at universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina“, funded by the EU, Vesta Association launched an educational-informative web portal www.antikorupcija.ba. This web site aims to provide sorted relevant information on the theme of anticorruption, and to make available at one place all the relevant documents, laws, regulations, conventions and other documents important for this field.

Project: „Socio –economic strengthening of the position of rural women through active participation in the local development plans“

With a view to contribute to the strengthening of the role of civil society in the promoting of human rights and democratic reforms in BiH in the field of gender equality and strengthening of women's role, VESTA Association from Tuzla is implementing the project „Socio-economic strengthening of the position of rural women through active participation in the local development plans.“ The project is implemented with the support of the US Government's Special Fund aimed at strengthening of the position of women, through the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
