First Call for project proposals within the IPA Cross-border Programme between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Montenegro launche
The Delegations of the European Commission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, in cooperation with the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ministry for European Integration of Montenegro, as the Operating structures for implementation of the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme between these two countries, are inviting potential applicants to submit project proposals within the framework of the programme priority and measures.
Main priority areas on which this Call for Proposals will focus are cross-border economic development initiatives with an emphasis on tourism and rural development, environmental development initiatives (protection, promotion and management of natural resources), and social cohesion and cultural exchange. Under this Call for Proposals an indicative amount of €1,980,000 (€900.000 for Bosnia and Herzegovina and €1,080,000 for Montenegro) is made available for funding cross-border cooperation projects.
The Call for Proposals will be opened until 9th October 2009.
